Holiday lighting and landscape lighting are priced separately, because they are two different services. Each has its own section below, so it is always clear which price goes with which. No packages, no tiers, no figures to decode.
Holiday lighting
You buy and own a custom display the first year, then pay a lower reinstall fee every year after. The first year is the build; every year after is just putting it back up.
The first year is the full custom build, and the display is yours to keep. The figure depends on the roofline and the number and size of trees; large-tree work is the most labor-intensive, so it moves the number most.
Year one, then every year after
Year one covers design, materials, and the first install by an experienced, fully insured crew, and you own the display, quality lights you choose and keep. Each year after is a lower fee for reinstall, all-season service, takedown, and storage. No rebuild and no new purchase, ever.
What's covered each year
Reinstall of your display, all-season service if anything dims or fails, takedown at the end of the season, and labeled storage with us until next year. You stay off the roof and off the ladder; we handle all of it.
What sets the first-year number
The length and complexity of the roofline, and how many mature trees you want wrapped and how large they are. Large-tree work is the most labor-intensive, so it moves the figure most.
How the holiday quote is made
We design from your home's exact measurements and photos, then send one written proposal built for your home. Your quote arrives with a mockup of your own house lit, so you see the result before you decide.
Landscape lighting
A separate service from the holiday display, with its own pricing. Warm 2700K uplighting, path and step lights, and accent lighting with professional solid-brass and bronze fixtures, quoted after an on-site evening visit.
The figure depends on the size of the property, the number of fixtures, and how much of the facade, garden, and trees you want lit. Quoted for your property after an on-site evening design visit, when we can see how the light falls.
What the project covers
Design, professional solid-brass and bronze fixtures built to last, wiring and concealed installation, and a timer that comes on at dusk on its own. Finished with a night-time aiming pass, every fixture aimed after dark.
What sets the landscape number
The size of the property and how much you want lit, the facade, the trees, the paths and drive, the garden beds, and the number of fixtures it takes to do it well.
How the landscape quote is made
Quoted after an on-site evening visit, when we can see how the light grazes the brick, pools on the walks, and reaches the trees. We bring portable demo lights so you can see it on your own home first, at no charge.
