Warm 2700K uplighting grazing the brick facade and front columns of a Charlotte home at dusk, fixtures hidden in the beds
Landscape lighting · Charlotte

A home that looks finished after dark.

Warm light on the architecture and the garden, with safe, well-lit paths and entries. See the work

Light that makes a home safer and more beautiful.

Landscape lighting does three things at once: it lights the paths, steps, and entries so the property is safe to move around after dark; it keeps the home from sitting in shadow, which quietly deters; and it makes the house and garden look stunning at night. We design and install it with professional fixtures and warm 2700K light, set on a timer that comes on at dusk on its own.

What it is

Light on the architecture and the garden.

Warm light on the facade, the trees, the walks, and the steps, so the home looks finished and is safe to move around after dark.

Uplighting that grazes the facade, columns, and specimen trees; soft pools of path and step light along the walks and drive; accent light tucked into the beds. Designed and installed with professional, hidden fixtures, wired and set on a timer that comes on at dusk on its own.

Why landscape lighting

Your home's best hours are after sunset.

The right lighting changes how the property looks, how it feels to come home to, and how safe it is to move through after dark.

01

A facade worth slowing down for

Warm light grazing the brick, the columns, and the specimen trees gives the home depth and presence the moment the sun drops. It is the version of your house the neighborhood remembers, and the one you arrive home to every night.

02

Every guest arrives sure-footed

Lit paths, steps, and entries mean no one hunts for the edge of a stair or crosses a dark stretch of yard. Family and guests move from the curb to the door with ease, every evening of the year.

03

Quiet confidence after dark

A shadowed house is an easy one to approach unseen. Light on the facade and through the yard erases the dark corners, so the property reads as occupied and cared for from the street, and you rest easier for it.

Fixture quality

Solid brass and bronze, built to last.

Professional solid-brass and bronze fixtures, the kind that last 10 to 20 years, not a season.

We do not install the plastic landscape lights that fog over and crack after a winter or two. Solid-brass and bronze fixtures stand up to the weather, hold their finish, and keep aiming true for 10 to 20 years. It is the difference between a system you install once and one you keep replacing.

How it's designed

An on-site evening design visit.

We design landscape lighting at night, on your property, where the light actually falls.

For landscape lighting we come out after dark and walk the property with you, so we can see exactly how the light grazes the brick, pools on the walks, and reaches into the trees. It is the only way to place fixtures with intent. The quote is built from what we see on that night walk, and arrives with a mockup of your own home lit so you see the result before deciding.

Before you commit · No charge

See it lit on your own house, for free.

A live night-time preview, with real lights on your actual home, at no cost.

On the evening design visit we bring portable, battery-powered demo fixtures and temporarily set them on the facade, the trees, and the beds, so you can stand in your own yard and see roughly how the property will look once it is lit. It is not the final placement of every fixture, but it is a real preview on your own house, not a photo of someone else's. There is no charge and no obligation.

The finish

Every fixture aimed after dark.

We finish the job with a night-time aiming pass, because a fixture only looks right once you can see what it does.

Installing the fixtures is only half the work. We come back after dark and walk the property fixture by fixture, adjusting the aim and the beam on each one against the actual house and garden, until the light lands exactly where it should. It is the step that separates a finished landscape lighting job from a row of lights stuck in the ground.

Looked after for the long run.

Fixtures live outdoors, so optional maintenance plans keep the system tuned: re-aiming, lamp swaps, lens cleaning, and adjustments as the garden grows in. We walk you through them with your quote.

Landscape lighting projects from
$5,000+

The figure depends on the size of the property, the number of fixtures, and how much of the facade, garden, and trees you want lit. Quoted for your property after an on-site evening design visit, when we can see how the light falls. See full pricing.

Your quote arrives with a mockup of your home in light.

After the night-time visit, we send a written proposal with a rendered mockup, a visualization of your own home lit, so you have the finished design on paper alongside what you saw with the demo lights in person.
