The first season we design and build a custom holiday display with commercial-grade product cut to your home, and it is yours to keep. After that you pay only a lower reinstall fee to have us put it back up, service it through the season, take it down, and store it. Designed and built for your home the first season, then reinstalled each year after. This is the primary work, and the display is yours to keep. It is drawn from your home's exact measurements and photos, so the proposal is mapped to your roofline before a crew ever arrives.
You stay off the roof. We handle all of it.
No untangling strands in the cold, no dragging the ladder out, no climbing onto an icy roof. We design it, install it, mind it through the season, then take it down and store it, every year. You come home to a lit house and never touch a thing. That is the whole point of buying and owning a display we put up for you each season.

Rooflines, ridges, and edges
Warm white, or a classic color story chosen for your brick and trim, traced to every eave, hip, ridge, gable peak, and edge of the home. Commercial-grade product, cut to your roof line by line, clipped on with no holes or staples. It runs on an automatic timer, on and off at the right time on its own, with a smart timer you control from your phone available as an option. It reads as architecture, not decoration.
Wrapped trees
Mature trunks and major limbs wrapped in evenly spaced light so the whole shape of the tree glows against the night. The most labor-intensive holiday work we do, install and takedown both. It is what makes a property read from down the street.
Walkways and entrances
The front walk, the steps, and the drive lit so the approach reads as carefully as the house, guiding the eye from the street all the way to a warmly lit front door.
Wreaths and garland
Lit wreaths centered on the peaks and over the windows, and garland traced along the entry, the columns, and the railings, the finishing touches that pull the whole display together.
Service, takedown, and storage
One experienced, fully insured crew installs it and minds it through the season; anything that dims or fails, we are back out. At season's end we take it all down and clear the site to the last clip, then label and store your display with us for next year.
The first year is the full custom build, and the display is yours to keep. The figure depends on the roofline and the number and size of trees; large-tree work is the most labor-intensive, so it moves the number most. Every year after, you pay only the reinstall fee, a fraction of the first-year cost, which covers reinstall, all-season service, takedown, and storage. See full pricing.
