Three mature Charlotte front-yard trees wrapped trunk to limb in warm-white light, a lit home behind
Charlotte · custom architectural lighting

We light the houses people slow down for.

A small Charlotte studio that designs lighting cut to the home it lives on. This is the season we are known for. See holiday lighting

The holidays are what we are known for.

A custom display you own, designed from your home's measurements and reinstalled by us every year. The full story, how you own it, what is included, and how the reinstall works, lives on the holiday page. See holiday lighting.

Selected work

From last season.

01

The Tree Estate

Myers Park

Three mature oaks wrapped trunk to limb in warm white, the signature look this neighborhood is known for. Roofline kept clean and classic so the trees lead.

A stately Charlotte brick Georgian with a warm-white roofline, lit garland on the arched entrance, and wreaths on the peaks
02

The Georgian

Eastover

A symmetrical facade asks for symmetrical lighting. Warm-white roofline, garland traced along the arched entry, a wreath centered on each peak.

03

The Long Drive

Quail Hollow

The approach matters as much as the house. We lined the full walkway and the curving drive so the property reads from the street all the way in.

What we do

Holiday lighting, done right.

Our main work is the full holiday display, designed and built for your home. Rooflines, ridges, and edges; walkways; wrapped trees; wreaths and garland, all cut to your house and installed without a mark.

01

Rooflines, ridges, and edges

Warm-white or classic color, traced to every eave, hip, ridge, gable peak, and edge of the home. Cut to your roof line by line, never a one-size strand. Clipped in place with no holes, no staples, and no permanent attachments, so nothing is left behind in the brick or trim.

02

Wrapped trees

Mature trunks and limbs wrapped in evenly spaced light so the whole shape of the tree glows. It is the most labor-intensive holiday work we do, and the most memorable, the look the best Charlotte streets are known for.

03

Walkways and entrances

The approach lit as carefully as the house, soft light tracing the front walk, the steps, and the drive, so the whole property reads from the street all the way to the door.

04

Wreaths and garland

Lit wreaths centered on the peaks and over the windows, and garland traced along the entry, the columns, and the railings, the finishing touches that pull the whole display together.

We also offer landscape lighting. See landscape lighting.

How it works

Designed, installed, serviced, stored.

The first year you buy and own a custom display built for your home. Every year after, you pay only a lower reinstall fee, and we handle all four steps for you.

i.

Designed for your home

We design the display from your home's exact measurements and photos, then send a written proposal with a mockup of your own house lit, so you see it before you decide.

ii.

Installed clean

An experienced, fully insured crew installs it without a mark and sets it on an automatic timer that comes on and off on its own.

iii.

Serviced all season

We mind the display through the season; if anything dims or fails, we come back out. You never touch a ladder.

iv.

Taken down and stored

At season's end we take it down, clear the site to the last clip, and store your display with us, labeled and ready for next year.

The first year is the custom build, which you own. Every year after is just the reinstall fee, a fraction of the first-year cost. See how it works.

Good to know

Questions, answered.

How does holiday pricing work?

The first year is the full custom build, from $2,500, and the display is yours to keep. Every year after, you pay only a lower reinstall fee, a fraction of the first-year cost, which covers putting it back up, service, takedown, and storage. There is no rebuild and no new purchase, ever.

What is included each year after the first?

The annual fee covers reinstall of your display, all-season service if anything dims or fails, takedown at the end of the season, and labeled storage with us until next year. You stay off the roof and off the ladder, and we handle every step.

How is landscape lighting priced?

Landscape lighting starts at $5,000 and is quoted after an on-site evening design visit, when we can see how the light grazes the brick, pools on the walks, and reaches the trees. We bring portable demo lights so you can see it on your own home first, at no charge.

Will the lights damage my roof or trim?

No. Everything is clipped in place with no holes, no staples, and no permanent attachments, so nothing is left behind in the brick or trim. At season's end we clear the site to the last clip.

What areas do you serve?

We work across Charlotte and the surrounding towns, with most of our homes in the tree-lined neighborhoods where the large-tree work really shines, such as Myers Park, Eastover, Foxcroft, and Quail Hollow. If you are in or near Charlotte and do not see your neighborhood listed, reach out and we will let you know whether we can take on your home this season.

How do I get a quote?

Tell us where your home is and what you have in mind, and we design from your home's exact measurements and photos. Your quote arrives as a written proposal with a mockup of your own house lit, so you see the result before you decide anything.
