You own your display. We put it up every year.

We design and build your custom display the first season, and it is yours to keep. After that you pay only to have us reinstall it, service it, take it down, and store it each year. Commercial-grade lights cut to your home's exact measurements, never one-size strands from a big-box store. No leasing, no display you never own. Custom displays begin at $3,500. The work is below.

The approach matters as much as the house. We lined the full walkway and the curving drive so the property reads from the street all the way in.

Holiday lighting, and the year-round layer.

Custom rooflines

Warm-white or classic color, traced to every eave, hip, ridge, and gable peak. Cut to your roof, never a one-size strand. Clipped in place with no holes, no staples, and no permanent attachments, so nothing is left behind in the brick or trim.

Large-tree lighting

Mature trunks and limbs wrapped in evenly spaced light so the whole shape of the tree glows. It is the most labor-intensive holiday work we do, and the most memorable.

Landscape lighting

Warm 2700K uplighting on the facade and trees, soft path lights, accent lighting in the beds. A permanent, year-round system with hidden fixtures that makes the property feel finished every night, not only in December. See landscape lighting.

How it works

Build it once. Enjoy it every year.

You buy your display

The first season we design and build a custom display with commercial-grade product cut to your home. Your quote arrives with a mockup of your home in light, so you see the result before deciding. The lights and materials are yours to keep.

We install and service it

Experienced, fully insured installers put it up clean and set it on an automatic timer, so the display runs itself, on and off at the right time every night. Anything that fades or fails, we are back out to set it right.

We take it down

After the season we take it all down and clear the site, down to the last clip.

We store it for next year

Your display is labeled and stored with us. Each year after, you pay only the reinstall fee to put it back up. No rebuild.
